Simone is the Senior Vice President of Property Management at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and brings with her over 15 years of experience in the property management industry.

In her former role with Vornado Realty Trust, she managed a portfolio including multiple Class A and prime street retail properties collectively exceeding more than 10 million square feet throughout New York City. Simone’s experience includes collaborating with owners, tenants, contractors, and personnel while insuring building standards, maintaining industry compliance, and preserving property assets.
