The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) is the not-for-profit corporation that serves as the real estate developer and property manager of the Yard on behalf of its owner, The City of New York (the "City"). Tenant Services Coordinator
The Tenant Services Coordinator provides direct support to the property management team in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the building staff and contract services in fulfilling the needs and addressing the issues of tenants. The Tenant Services Coordinator is expected to develop and maintain strong working relationships with the tenants in the facility and be accountable to management for ensuring issues and needs are responded to and resolved by the appropriate individual, department, or service. This position will also have some responsibility for general administrative, accounting, help desk, and event coordination functions as they pertain to tenants and operation of the building.
Construction Project Manager
The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) seeks an energetic, proactive, and highly talented candidate for the position of Construction Project Manager in the Design and Construction Department. This position will report to the Vice President of Construction Management. S/he will be a member of the team responsible for bringing all of the Yard’s major capital projects to life – ranging from ground-up new construction to gut rehabs of historic buildings to major CapEx projects.
The security officer will ensure the safety and security of visitors, tenants, and employees at the Brooklyn Navy Yard while providing excellent customer service at various posts throughout the Navy Yard.

The primary role of a driver is to continuously provide safe, reliable and efficient transportation services. The BNYDC Transportation Department is committed to providing Yard tenants, visitors, employees and business partners with a high level of professional service.
Director of Community & Government Affairs
The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation is seeking a Director of Community and Government Affairs. This role works directly to build and sustain meaningful relationships with community partners and stakeholders. The Director will also be responsible for keeping elected officials apprised of projects and programs at the Navy Yard.
