The IT Support Associate/Database Technology Manager (Database Manager) will provide support to end users and help maintain computer systems and networks, as well as database and reporting systems aiming for the highest system functionality. The Database Manager will develop and implement database systems to support corporate reporting requirements, and will prepare strategic plans for future demands. The Chief Engineer for Building 77 is a critical role at the building and will be primarily responsible for the building’s technical operations. The Chief Engineer will help identify, develop, and execute engineering operations at the building in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards. The Senior Director of Maintenance provides coordination, management, and supervision toward the efficient operation of the maintenance staff, who are responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance; routine and major alteration; renovation, and repair of all BNYDC occupied and unoccupied buildings and grounds; roadway, sidewalks, water, sewer, steam, HVAC, elevators and fire protection systems.
