The Project Manager (Tenant & Leasing Coordinator) is responsible for coordination of the initial tenant construction and build-out/tenant space alterations. The Project Manager will be primarily responsible for coordinating the internal BNYDC process and implementation to support and expedite tenant work, as well as providing support for tenants through the permitting and construction process.

Senior Director of Maintenance

The Senior Director of Maintenance provides coordination, management, and supervision toward the efficient operation of the maintenance directors and maintenance staff, who are responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance; routine and major alteration; renovation, and repair of all BNYDC occupied and unoccupied buildings and grounds; roadway, sidewalks, water, sewer, steam, HVAC, elevators and fire protection systems.
